Possible causes:
- Wrong call times: Test different times of day (recommended: Tue–Thu, 9–12 AM and 2–5 PM)
- Unknown number: Leads are less likely to pick up unknown numbers – consider Verified Caller ID with your own number
- Lead quality: Check that the numbers are current and correctly formatted

Make sure the number is in E.164 format (e.g.
+14155551234). No spaces, dashes, or brackets.Frank ends the conversation too early

Check the transcript in the call history. Common causes:
- Silence is interpreted as end of conversation → Adjust the setting under Options → Silence Detection
- Voicemail is recognized as a conversation → Enable voicemail detection
Prompt & Agent Behavior

Explicitly add to the prompt how Frank should respond to those questions. The more specific the prompt, the better the behavior.

- Choose a different voice under Agent → Voice
- Write the prompt using more natural language
- Enable Backchannel (short affirmations like “Yes”, “I see”) in settings

Define the goal more clearly in the prompt and add explicit instructions for what Frank should do in specific situations.

- Phone numbers in E.164 format (e.g.

- Maximum file size not exceeded

- Make sure the correct Event Type is selected
- Check that your Cal.com account is active and availability is set correctly
