Overview
For agents to place calls, they need to be assigned a phone number. SalesFrank manages all available numbers on the Phone Numbers page in the left menu.Import a Number (SIP Trunking)
You can connect an existing phone number to SalesFrank via SIP trunking. SIP trunking is a standard protocol that allows phone numbers from third-party providers to be integrated into a platform over the internet.What is SIP Trunking?
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is the protocol used to establish modern phone connections over the internet. A SIP trunk is essentially a virtual phone line that you purchase from a provider and then connect to SalesFrank.Supported Providers
Twilio
The simplest integration. You need your Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number from the Twilio dashboard.
Vonage
Alternative to Twilio – integrable via SIP trunking.
Telnyx
Another supported SIP provider.
Custom SIP Trunk
You can also connect a custom SIP trunk from any other provider.
Add a Twilio Number
- Go to Phone Numbers → Add Number
- Select Twilio as the provider
- Enter the following:
- Phone number from your Twilio dashboard
- Account SID (found in the Twilio Console)
- Auth Token (found in the Twilio Console)
- Label (a freely chosen name to identify the number in SalesFrank)
- Save – the number is now available for selection in all campaigns

Verification Process
Purchasing a number directly through SalesFrank requires a company verification for regulatory reasons. To do this, you create a Regulatory Bundle. Required information:- Bundle name
- Country
- Company name
- Company registration number
- Company website
- Contact person name
- Contact person email
- Verification documents (e.g., commercial register extract)
