Overview
Telnyx is a carrier-grade communications provider with its own global network infrastructure. Integration with SalesFrank is done via a SIP trunk (Telnyx Mission Control Portal).Requirements
- An active Telnyx account with an assigned phone number
- Access to the Telnyx Mission Control Portal
- SalesFrank account with permission to add phone numbers
Step by Step
Provision a Telnyx number
Log in to the Telnyx Mission Control Portal. Go to Numbers → Buy Numbers and purchase a number – or use an existing one.

Create a SIP Connection
Navigate to Voice → SIP Trunking → SIP Connections and create a new connection. Select type Credentials (username/password). Note the SIP URI (

Assign number to the connection
Go to Numbers → Phone Numbers and click on the desired number. Under Voice, assign the number to the SIP Connection created in step 2.

Add SIP Trunk in SalesFrank
Open Phone Numbers → Add Number → SIP Trunk in SalesFrank and enter the credentials from step 2:
- SIP Host:
sip.telnyx.com - Username: from your SIP Connection
- Password: from your SIP Connection

Recommended Telnyx Settings
For optimal call quality with SalesFrank, we recommend the following settings in your Telnyx SIP Connection:| Setting | Recommended Value |

| SRTP | Enabled |
| T.38 Fax | Disabled |
| Outbound Voice Profile | Assign to your account |
Common Issues
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Registration fails | Check if IP whitelisting is enabled – add SalesFrank IPs or disable IP restrictions. |
| No outbound calls | Make sure an Outbound Voice Profile is created in Telnyx and assigned to the connection. |
| Inbound calls not working | Verify the phone number is assigned to the correct SIP Connection. |
