Overview

The Analytics page in the left menu provides a cross-campaign summary of all call activity in your SalesFrank account.

Available Metrics

Aggregated across all campaigns, you can see:
  • Total calls placed
  • Number of leads reached
  • Total conversation minutes used
  • Number of appointments booked
  • Number of interested leads
  • Number of call transfers
  • Number of requested callbacks
