Verified Caller ID
With Verified Caller ID, you can use your own mobile number for outbound calls with SalesFrank. SalesFrank uses Twilio in the background and displays your number to the called party (white-label).Recommended option for getting started. No complex Twilio setup, no need to request a new number.
Requirements
- A mobile phone with your business number
- Availability to receive a short verification call
Setup
How it works technically
In the background, SalesFrank uses Twilio to make outbound calls. Twilio uses your number as the “caller ID” – the called party sees your actual mobile number on their display, even though the call technically runs through Twilio.Since Twilio is active in the background, small per-minute costs apply. These are already included in your SalesFrank plan.
