Frequently Asked Questions

SalesFrank requires numbers in international E.164 format: +14155551234 (no spaces, dashes, or brackets).Numbers are automatically validated during CSV upload. Invalid numbers are flagged and skipped.Tip: ChatGPT or Excel can help you convert an existing list to the correct format.
There is no fixed limit. For getting started, we recommend testing with a smaller group (50–100 leads) before launching a large campaign.
Use the Talk to Assistant feature in the campaign dashboard. This lets you call Frank directly in the browser and test the conversation.→ More about testing
You can configure in the campaign options whether Frank should hang up or leave a message when reaching voicemail.→ Voicemail settings
SalesFrank is currently focused on outbound calls. Inbound functionality is planned for a future version.
There are three options:
  1. Verified Caller ID (recommended): Your own mobile number, setup in 2 minutes
  2. Twilio number via SalesFrank: Request a new number, may require business registration
  3. SIP Trunk: For advanced users with their own phone system

Yes, you can run multiple campaigns in parallel. Pay attention to call times and make sure you have enough leads and sufficient phone number capacity.
