SalesFrank requires numbers in international E.164 format: +14155551234 (no spaces, dashes, or brackets).Numbers are automatically validated during CSV upload. Invalid numbers are flagged and skipped.Tip: ChatGPT or Excel can help you convert an existing list to the correct format.

How many leads can I upload per campaign?
There is no fixed limit. For getting started, we recommend testing with a smaller group (50–100 leads) before launching a large campaign.

There are three options:
- Verified Caller ID (recommended): Your own mobile number, setup in 2 minutes
- Twilio number via SalesFrank: Request a new number, may require business registration
- SIP Trunk: For advanced users with their own phone system
