Settings are accessible via the left menu. Here you manage the basic account parameters.

Interface Language

Set the language in which the SalesFrank user interface is displayed:
  • 🇩🇪 German
  • 🇬🇧 English
This setting only affects the platform’s interface language – not the language of your agents. The agent language is configured separately in the Agent tab.

Change Password

Change your SalesFrank account password.

Billing Information

View all relevant information about your current plan, usage, and invoices.

Delete Account

Permanently delete your SalesFrank account. This action cannot be undone.
Deleting your account permanently removes all campaigns, leads, agents, and analytics data.
