Settings are accessible via the left menu. Here you manage the basic account parameters.Available Options
Interface Language
Set the language in which the SalesFrank user interface is displayed:- 🇩🇪 German
- 🇬🇧 English
This setting only affects the platform’s interface language – not the language of your agents. The agent language is configured separately in the Agent tab.
