With Cal.com, Frank can book appointments in your calendar directly during a call – fully automated, no manual follow-up needed.

Set Up the Connection

In Cal.com: Create an Event Type

Create an Event Type in Cal.com (e.g. “30-Minute Demo”) with your availability.

In SalesFrank: Connect Cal.com

Go to Agent → Call-to-Action → Appointment Booking in your campaign and click Connect Cal.com.

Sign in

Log in with your Cal.com credentials and grant SalesFrank the necessary permissions.

Select Event Type

Choose the Event Type Frank should use to book appointments.

Test it

Run a test call and check if the appointment appears correctly in Cal.com.

How an Appointment Booking Works

  1. Frank recognizes during the call that the lead wants an appointment
  2. Frank asks for a preferred date and time
  3. Frank checks availability via Cal.com in real time
  4. Frank confirms the appointment and the lead automatically receives a confirmation email
The lead receives the appointment confirmation from Cal.com. You can configure which email address appears as the sender in Cal.com.
