What is the Campaign Overview?
The Campaign Overview is the home screen of the SalesFrank application. It lists all campaigns you have created.Information per Campaign
For each campaign, the following information is displayed at a glance:| Column | Description |

| Name | The campaign name you assigned |
| Type | Outbound Calls or Lead Qualification |
| Status | Current state of the campaign (active, paused, completed) |
| Total Leads | Total number of leads in this campaign |
| In Progress | Number of leads Frank still intends to call |
| Completed | Number of leads Frank has finished processing |
| Reached | Number of leads where a conversation took place |
Actions
- Create New Campaign – opens the creation dialog with campaign type selection
- Open Campaign – click on a campaign to open the detail view with all six tabs
Inside a campaign you have access to six configuration areas: Analytics, Leads, Agent, Schedule, Options, and Call-to-Action.
