Campaign Overview

What is the Campaign Overview?

The Campaign Overview is the home screen of the SalesFrank application. It lists all campaigns you have created.

For each campaign, the following information is displayed at a glance:

Column	Description
Name	The campaign name you assigned
Type	Outbound Calls or Lead Qualification
Status	Current state of the campaign (active, paused, completed)
Total Leads	Total number of leads in this campaign
In Progress	Number of leads Frank still intends to call
Completed	Number of leads Frank has finished processing
Reached	Number of leads where a conversation took place

Create New Campaign – opens the creation dialog with campaign type selection
Open Campaign – click on a campaign to open the detail view with all six tabs

Inside a campaign you have access to six configuration areas: Analytics, Leads, Agent, Schedule, Options, and Call-to-Action.
