Overview

The Call History is accessible from the left menu and provides a complete, cross-campaign list of all calls placed through SalesFrank – both outbound and inbound.

What Is Displayed?

For each call in the history, you can see:
  • Date and time
  • Lead name and phone number
  • Associated campaign
  • Direction (outbound / inbound)
  • Call outcome
  • Call duration

Call Details

Click on any entry in the list to open the detail view. Depending on your configuration, you will find:
  • The full conversation transcript
  • The recording as an audio file (if recordings are enabled)
  • Data extracted via AI Data Extraction
The Call History is different from the Analytics tab inside a campaign: while the campaign tab shows only the calls of that single campaign, the Call History aggregates all calls from all campaigns in one place.
