Set Up a Twilio Number
As an alternative to Verified Caller ID, you can request your own Twilio number directly through the SalesFrank platform.
This option is available in the platform. For requesting a regulated number (e.g. in certain countries), a business registration document may be required.
A paid Twilio account is required for production use. Trial accounts can only call verified numbers — lead lists won’t work with trial accounts. If you don’t want to upgrade a Twilio account, use Verified Caller ID instead.
Get Your Business Registration Document
If your country requires it, you’ll need a current business registration document (not older than 1 year). Check with your local business registry.
Setup
Navigate to Phone Numbers
Go to Phone Numbers → Buy Number.
Select a number
Choose a country and an available number.
Submit Regulatory Bundle
Upload your business registration document and the required company details.
Wait for approval
Twilio approval typically takes 1–3 business days.
Activate the number
After approval, the number is automatically available in SalesFrank.
In some countries, Twilio approval can occasionally take longer or be declined. In that case, we recommend Verified Caller ID as an alternative.
