- Access to the Vonage Developer Console
- SalesFrank account with permission to add phone numbers

Configure inbound calls
Assign a Voice Application to the Vonage number that forwards incoming calls to your SIP endpoint. This is done via Voice → Your Applications in the Vonage Console.
Add SIP Trunk in SalesFrank
Go to Phone Numbers → Add Number → SIP Trunk in SalesFrank and enter the SIP URI, username and password from step 2.

Common Issues
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Call not coming through | Check the Voice Application configuration in Vonage and make sure the number is assigned to the application. |
| Poor audio quality | Make sure SRTP is enabled and no firewall is blocking UDP traffic. |
| Authentication error | Check username and password – leading/trailing spaces are a common cause. |
