# Analytics

> Cross-campaign statistics at a glance.

## Overview

The **Analytics** page in the left menu provides a cross-campaign summary of all call activity in your SalesFrank account.

## Available Metrics

Aggregated across all campaigns, you can see:

* Total calls placed
* Number of leads reached
* Total conversation minutes used
* Number of appointments booked
* Number of interested leads
* Number of call transfers
* Number of requested callbacks

## Difference from the Campaign Tab
